Canadian Lottery Statistics

Recency-weighted number analysis, frequency charts, pair patterns, and gap pressure for Canada's major lotteries.

Recency-Weighted Analysis

DrawInsights uses a recency-weighted analytical model where recent draws carry more weight than older history. The default window covers the last 300 draws with a 0.98 decay factor. This produces more relevant trend signals than flat all-time counting, while still being grounded in statistical methodology. All-time data remains available as a baseline reference.

Understanding Lottery Statistics

Every number in a fair lottery draw has an equal probability of appearing. However, within any finite sample of draws, patterns emerge: some numbers appear more frequently, some are absent for longer stretches, and certain pairs co-occur more than expected. These patterns do not predict future outcomes, but they provide a structured framework for number selection.
